I want to help you figure out how to break out of dysfunctional patterns and make your behavior match your values. You may be anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed, among other issues. We can look at your chaotic or rigid patterns and decide what you would like to change. We co-create a safe and compassionate space for you to look at problems and needs without shame.
My therapy style is creative and collaborative and influenced by positive psychology, Gestalt, mindfulness and yoga, family therapy, neuroscience, and creative arts therapies. I originally studied dance/movement therapy and bring awareness of how the body and mind affect and influence each other. I see therapy as a journey we take together with curiosity about what may unfold.
